Product Introduction

The bag-in and bag-out safe replacement filter box is equipped with a high-efficiency HEPA air connection pipe, which is widely used in the production and storage of hazardous substances. BIBO targets radioactive, disease-causing toxic and hazardous substances, mainly involving hospitals, laboratories, and hazardous waste treatment plants. The BIBO safe replacement filter box uses standard HEPA high efficiency filters and primary efficiency filters.

In order to prevent harmful particles from leaking out of the box and entering the operator’s body or coming into contact with it, the BIBO Safe Replacement Filter Box uses a fully enclosed bag replacement system when replacing the filter material. This bag-type closed system design ensures that no side leakage occurs during the disposal process. The filter design can also be equipped with a pressure test terminal to measure the pressure difference between the primary filter and the main filter. The BIBO filter has many other options for different functions, including a DIN test port.

Structural features:

Modular combination mode can be flexibly combined according to air volume and installation space

BIBO can be composed of multiple filter unit modules according to the air volume. The size and structure of each filter unit module is relatively fixed. The main functional parts are pre-filter, high-efficiency filter, safety replacement device, fine scanning detection device, air-tight isolation valve; and some supporting equipment, such as pressure gauge, pressure measuring hole, quick connection port, etc. The filter unit modules can be arranged and combined flexibly according to the site space.

0Leak valve patented technology guarantees connection reliability

BIBO is connected to the exhaust system through an airtight valve. According to the customer’s air duct shape, formula-shaped multi-leaf valve or circular air-tight valve can be selected.

Precise welding technology guarantees structural reliability

CNC cutting, CNC lathe processing, full welding and welding, each unit module and connector of BIBO has a precise and solid structure. The special pressing device ensures that the filter is installed firmly and has a good seal.
