The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has recently received a notice of intent to sue (NOI) that may be of interest to you. The NOI is filed pursuant to the Clean Air Act for failure to respond to a petition for rulemaking or reconsideration submitted to EPA in August 2019 concerning EPA’s treatment of mid-level gasoline-ethanol blends. This information is provided for your information only, and this notice does not require you to take any action.
