RE: New Notice of Intent to Sue EPA

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has recently received a notice of intent to sue (NOI) that may be of interest to you. The Clean Air Act NOI is submitted pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 7604(b)(2) for failure to make findings of failure to submit and failure to take final action to determine which ozone nonattainment areas or ozone transport region areas have failed to submit Oil and Natural Gas Control Technology Guidelines Reasonably Available Control Technology provisions. This information is provided for your information only, and this notice does not require you to take any action.
